Going through a work-life crisis makes one feel completely shattered, unwanted, and useless of the top order. All of a sudden, the sense of belonging, self-worth disappears and one tries to look through various job profiles and descriptions with nothing to suit their limited skill set or at least the presumed limited skill set.
Frustration, confusion, anxiety, low self-esteem, seem to become new unavoidable best friends. A person in the crisis struggles to find oneself through all these but eventually finds the purpose. There is a way out of it and sooner or later everyone bounces back. After all the best battles are fought and won within.
Best wishes and speedy recovery to those struggling with it.
